2015 Seafood Challenge winner crowned

Congratulations to Chef Ron Andrews of Brays Island Plantation in Sheldon, for winning the 5th Annual Seafood Challenge during the Hotel, Motel, Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast.


Chef Andrews wins a $1,000 prize and will compete in the 2015 Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans in August. The SCRLA wishes him the best of luck!


Chef Nicholas Huckabee of the Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach won second place. He received a $500 cash prize. Also, both chefs were recognized at the SCRLA's Stars of South Carolina Hospitality Awards luncheon on February 16.
