If you are an industry leader there are many ways you can support the ProStart program and help build the leaders of tomorrow.  The connection between industry and schools ensures that teachers and students get the most from the South Carolina ProStart program. The SCRLA provides extensive resources for educators and students and the annual South Carolina ProStart Invitational competition showcases the amazing passion and dedication students have for our industry.

This event is open to industry members only and is provided complimentary.  Please let us know if you will not be able to attend.  No-shows will be billed $25. 

About the Invitational:

The South Carolina ProStart Invitational® is a premier high school competition focused on restaurant management and culinary arts. This exciting event brings high school students from around the state together to compete for scholarships and state-wide recognition. Winning teams from each competition will be awarded medals for first through fifth place.

The South Carolina ProStart Invitational is open to the public. We encourage parents and school administrators to attend and cheer on their favorite team. The first place teams in the culinary and management competitions also earn the right to represent South Carolina at the National ProStart Invitational May 8-10, in Washington, D.C.
