The SCRLA Alcohol Task Force was created to address the challenges our industry is facing regarding current state law and regulations pertaining to alcohol and to provide recommendations to policy makers of potential solutions in the hope of providing some relief to our membership and our industry.

We are working collaboratively in partnership with key stakeholders from across the industry and at the state-level including members of the General Assembly, the SC Department of Revenue (DOR),  the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR), and the SC Department of Insurance (DOI), among others.
