Imagine having the "Bragging Rights" as the #1 Seafood Chef in South Carolina! What a Marketing Tool! Use your skills to make the best sustainable seafood dish at the 8th Annual South Carolina Seafood Challenge, held in conjunction with the 42nd Annual Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Don't miss the opportunity to compete for the State Title and a chance to participate in the Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans, LA.

Open only to Professional Chefs currently employed by a Public Restaurant or Catering Company in South Carolina.
