Please Note: SCRLA or ACF Membership is Not Required for Competition

 

The Hot Food Competition
Wild Card Category that is a Mystery Box Challenge
to include a plate up window with the Chefs preparing 6 portions.

 

 14th Annual Hot Food Competition Prizes

1st Place

$1,000 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

2nd Place

$500 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

 

The Cold Food Competition
categories are as follows:
Category A-Cold Meat Platter, Category B-Cold Appetizer Plates, Category C-Patisserie/Confectionery,
D Showpieces, Category H-1-Single Block Ice Carving and KP-1 - Hot / Warm Plated Dessert

14th Annual Cold Food Competition Prizes

Category A:
1st Place:  $250 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

Category B:
1st Place:250 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

Category C:
1st Place:250 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

Category D:
1st Place:250 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

Category H-1:
1st Place:250 Cash, ACF Medal and WACS Recognition

The 2nd Annual Student Competitions will consist of the following categories:
