The Cold Food Competition
categories are as follows:
Category A-Cold Meat Platter, Category B-Cold Appetizer Plates, Category C-Patisserie/Confectionery,
D Showpieces, Category H-1-Single Block Ice Carving and KP-1 - Hot / Warm Plated Dessert
