Attention Charleston area job seekers:  Explore Charleston has scheduled its next hospitality job fair for Tuesday, October 9, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Cedar Room in the Cigar Factory (701 E Bay St). Please join us (and bring a friend) to explore employment opportunities available in the hospitality industry within the Charleston area.

Members of the Charleston Area Hospitality Association (CAHA) and the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association (GCRA) are seeking qualified applicants to fill immediate job openings in a variety of hospitality and culinary positions, both full and part-time, many with long-term career potential. The event is FREE to attend and will feature Belmond Charleston Place, Planters Inn / Peninsula Grill, The Restoration, Fleet Landing, DoubleTree by Hilton, Indigo Road and others who will all be present to discuss their openings.

The idea behind a neighborhood job fair is to connect employers who have job openings with residents that live within close proximity. Explore Charleston will host other neighborhood job fairs in the coming months as part of its initiatives in Workforce Development for the hospitality industry.
