Speaker:  Kathleen Muthig  Attorney with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd

Kathleen represents lenders and businesses in state court litigation. She also assists businesses in obtaining necessary permits or licenses from the SC Department of Revenue. Additionally, Kathleen has represented businesses in contested cases before the Administrative Law Court concerning alcohol beverage licensing.

Kathleen will discuss recent changes with the South Carolina ABL law – particularly developments with initial and renewal applications.
