Join us for our Columbia Chapter Meeting on Thursday, March 23 at 3:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at Robinson Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC, located in the WestLawn between Starbucks and Segra Park on Pickens Street.

During the meeting we will hear legislative updates from SCRLA President and CEO, Susan Cohen. We also hear from SCRLA VP of Membership and Development, Lenza Jolley, to ensure members are getting the most out of their membership and discuss the member benefits and services available.

Known as the largest urban redevelopment project on the East Coast, the BullStreet District is an active transformation of the historic,181-acre South Carolina State Hospital campus into a vibrant, mixed-use lifestyle district that reflects the authenticity of downtown Columbia. The state’s first urban gigabit community, BullStreet is a city-within-a-city, located one mile from the S.C. State House and anchored by the award-winning stadium, Segra Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies Minor League Baseball team. The district is home to an array of local and national businesses, including REI Co-Op, Starbucks, Capgemini, Founders Federal Credit Union and Publico Kitchen and Tap. BullStreet contains 125,000+ square feet of commercial/office and retail space and is zoned for up to 3.3 million square feet of commercial use and 3,558 residential units. Representatives from BullStreet District will also provide an update on the project during this meeting.

Please RSVP using the registration button above. This meeting is open to SCRLA members in good standing and prospective members.
