The South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association's government affairs staff aggressively promotes public policy options through direct lobbying and grassroots coordination. This work benefits all of South Carolina's food service, lodging, and tourism industry at the local, state, and national levels.

Through our Political Action Campaign fund, we promote the election of officials who support our industry and demonstrate awareness and appreciation of the business community. The successes of SCRLA's government affairs team have saved the industry millions of dollars through ongoing legislative efforts.
