Libby Gober with the City of Columbia and Sara Salley with Richland County will speak about the H-Tax and A-Tax projects and allocations.  Also Haygood Tighe and Mike Carrouth from Fisher and Phillips will present "The 5 things you need to know about employment law for the hospitality industry".  Kelly Barbrey with the CVB will give us an update on the Destination Marketing Fee program.
