The Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) began implementation of South Carolina's revised Retail Food Establishment Regulation, R. 61-25, effective June 27, 2014. DHEC will conduct forums across the state to update retail food owners/operators on the implementation and address any questions on the revised regulation. Forum dates and locations are listed below. The SCRLA has partnered with the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to bring you this educational forum. DHEF has began implementation of South Carolina's revised Retail Food Establishment Regulation, R. 61-25, effective June 27, 2014. DHEC will conduct forums across the state to update retail food owners/operators on the implementation and address any questions on the revised regulation. Forum dates and locations are listed below.
