Join the Midlands Chapter of Women in Lodging at our next meeting at the McCutchen House at USC.  Mrs. Patricia Moore - Pastides will speak to us about her Culinary experiences.

Upon arrival, please go through the grill to order lunch then sit inside the McCutcheon House to eat and listen to our speaker.  Just let them know you are with the Women in Lodging Group.

All served with fresh sliced fruit, and choice of pickle, chips or double fruit, and choice of

 Iced tea, water or lemonade

 

Angus Beef Cheeseburger          

100 % Angus beef burger, lettuce, tomato and topped with your choice of American or Swiss cheese,

Served on a whole grain roll

Grilled Marinated Chicken            

Marinated chicken breast lettuce, tomato and topped with American or Swiss cheese

Served on a whole grain roll

Cuban Pork         

Marinated pork with chipotle mayonnaise, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese; served on Cuban bread

Grilled Portobello Mushroom        

 Portobello mushroom cap lettuce, tomato and grilled onions, served on a whole grain roll

BBQ Sandwich          

McCutchen House BBQ, Chef’s special recipe, with pickle chips, served on a whole grain roll

Hot Dog          

¼ lb Jumbo All Beef hot dog, with chili and cheese

Hot Grilled Chicken House Salad         

Tossed greens, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, served with a hot grilled chicken breast

Grilled Portobello Mushroom House Salad           

Tossed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and a freshly grilled Portobello mushroom cap

Salad Dressings: Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Honey Mustard, Fat-Free Italian, Light Ranch &

Balsamic Vinaigrette
