The ACF Hot Food Competition is a Wild Card Category that is a 105 Minute Mystery Box Competition to include a plate up window with the Chefs preparing 6 matching dishes to be Pork, Chicken, Beef or Seafood. The Competition will decide “Which is the Real Southern Food.”

12th Annual Hot Food Competition Prizes
1st Place: $1,000 Cash & ACF Medal
2nd Place: $500 Cash & ACF Medal

The ACF Cold Food Competition Consists of four different categories:
A – Cold Meat Platter, B – Cold Appetizer Plates, C – Confectionary Dishes,
E1 - Vegetable Carving

12th Annual Cold Food Competition Prizes
Category A 1st Place: $200 Cash & ACF Medal
Category B 1st Place: $200 Cash & ACF Medal
Category C 1st Place: $200 Cash & ACF Medal
