We know that finding qualified employees can be a challenge. We are pleased to inform you that the National Restaurant Association and the American Hotel and Lodging Association has been working with the United States Department of Labor on developing Hospitality Sector Registered Apprenticeship programs.   Locally, the South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association has partnered with Carolina Apprenticeship to to bring the program to you.   

Apprenticeships offer a great way to grow highly-skilled employees in many industries. Foodservice and lodging positions that in both back of the house and front of the house operations are now a fit for apprenticeship training programs. Apprentices learn while on the job, giving you the ability to train the skills you need all while creating a loyal workforce.
