Playing Golf for a Purpose

Help us raise money for students seeking degrees in the hospitality industry

This friendly competition which consists of a four-man scramble team and is a great opportunity to help the future of your business by making sure the future workforce is well trained and educated. Please bring your friends, your boss, your co-workers and your golf game. All proceeds benefit the SC Restaurant and Lodging Education Foundation a 501 (3) 3 charitable organization for the sole purpose of advancing hospitality education.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded at the awards reception at Big Jim's following the match. Additional contests and prizes will be awarded for; shortest drive, longest drive and closet to the pin.

You can register as an individual or a 4-man team. We will have mulligans for sale so don’t forget to bring your giving spirit. Don't want to play?  You can still help by becoming a sponsor.

Course: Robert Trent Jones Course on Palmetto Dunes

Dress Code: Collared Shirt, Golf Slacks, Skirts or Shorts.  No Denim, cut offs or gym shorts. 

Shoes: Soft Spikes Only

Golf Tournament Format: 4-person scramble – shotgun start. If you have a team, please register all members at the same time.

Meals: Box Lunch provided and Awards Reception at Big Jim's  will follow the tournament
