SC Department of Revenue Tax Filings

CLARIFICATION EMAIL:

We have been in discussions with the SCDOR. They hear our concerns. Their official policy has not changed – tax returns and payments due from April 1 – June 1 are now due June 1, 2020.

File on time and pay for the March 20 due date. If you are unable to pay in full, we suggest you pay what you can. The SCDOR understands that these are trying times.

SC DOR Update:

The SC Department of Revenue has just issued a policy that taxpayers only need to file paperwork for sales tax due today.  Payment of money due is indefinitely postponed.
