Changes to Employee Retention Tax Credit Explained

When Congress approved the infrastructure package, it terminated the COVID-19 Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) for the 4Q of 2021 (Oct. 1–Dec. 31) negatively impacting eligible businesses including restaurants.
