The South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) is hosting a series of regional stakeholder meetings and public forums regarding updates to Regulation 61-25 (Retail Food Establishments).

These sessions are designed to gather critical input from food retailers, industry consultants, and the public as the state updates its regulations to better align with the federal FDA Model Food Code. The new proposed regulation expands on previous guidelines to provide clearer, more specific requirements and better reflect the modern complexities of the food service industry.
