During the last two weeks, we have received questions and requests for guidance surrounding the issue of guests refusing to wear masks. You all are probably receiving similar requests. The first deals with restaurant customers, and the second document deals with a similar issue, but for employees—somewhat different answers to the same issue. While we have not been getting as many questions with regard to employees refusals to wear masks, it is also worth sharing.
