Kick Off Reception & Dinner Sponsored by Johnson and Wales University and Sysco Atrium & Palmetto Ballroom 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Culinary Showcase Stations Italian Station Penne Marinara Tender penne pasta tossed in a classic herb-seasoned tomato sauce. Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine and grilled chicken breast in a rich Parmesan cream sauce. Classic Caesar Salad Crisp romaine lettuce, buttery croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing. Antipasto Salad A medley of Italian meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables. Asian Noodle Bar Vegetable Lo Mein Stir-fried noodles with crisp garden vegetables and savory soy seasoning. Crispy Spring Rolls Golden-fried vegetable spring rolls served with sweet chili dipping sauce. Southwest Station Chicken Taquitos Crispy rolled taquitos served with house salsa and crunchy tortilla chips. European Classic Fish & Chips Batter-Fried Fish Golden-fried whitefish fillets served with seasoned fries and tartar sauce.
