Profile:
Lenza is a seasoned, award-winning communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality, insurance and nonprofit industries. As the Vice President of Membership and Development, she leads the Association's membership development and partnership outreach, in addition to the everyday communications and marketing efforts.

Lenza serves on the American Advertising Federation's Council of Governors Executive Committee as Chair. She previously served two terms as Governor for AAF’s Third District from 2021-2023, representing nine local clubs in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia on the AAF’s Council of Governors. Prior to that, Lenza served as President of AAF Midlands in 2018; and as a board member for Community in Schools of the Midlands and the Columbia Museum of Art’s Design League, in addition to chairing Columbia Opportunity Resource's Time for Art Gala.

She is graduate of the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management's Northeast Institute at Villanova University. Lenza has also completed her Ethics in Advertising Certification and is a Meta Certified Community Manager.

Most recently, Lenza's team was honored with an Award of Excellence for Events & Fundraising from the International Society of Hotel Associations. Lenza was honored as South Carolina Society of Association Executives Rising Star and was named in the Top 40 under Forty by Columbia Business Journal. Lenza's team was awarded SCSAES' 2024 Innovation in Communications Award for Restaurant Week South Carolina and 2024 Impact South Carolina Award for Hubitality. In 2023, Lenza's team was awarded the Council of State Restaurant Association's Outstanding Marketing Campaign of the Year for Restaurant Week South Carolina.

Lenza is a 2017 graduate of the Riley Institute’s Diversity Leaders Initiative (Midlands X), establishing a “rainy day” endowment fund for Midlands Technical College.

A native of Spartanburg, Lenza has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in art studio from the University of South Carolina.
