Reminiscent of a grand Southern seaside mansion, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort overlooks the island’s famous beach and championship golf.  The conference group rate is guaranteed for the nights of October 3-5, 2021. The group rate will be offered two(2) days pre and two (2) days post conference dates based on availability.

There are three options to reserve your accommodations at the resort.

Option #2
Call 800-654-2924 and identify yourself with the SC Restaurant and Lodging Association group or provide group code 18375.  You may need to leave a message if agents are taking other calls and someone from reservations will return the call within 24-48 hours.

Download and complete the reservation request form and then fax or scan and email to the reservations department. Download the form here 

Cut off day:

Reservations must be made no later than September 3^rd to receive the group rate. Otherwise the best available rate will be offered. 

Taxes & Resort Fee: 

Rates are subject to the current local and SC state taxes of 13% (subject to change) plus a resort fee of 9% per villa per day will apply. The resort service fee includes on demand on-island transportation to all resort owned venues; telephone for local, 800-number, credit card access calls and in-room coffee.
